CEH has released a new resource. I thought your staff and school community might find it useful.
This new glossary provides plain language explanations of commonly used mental health terms. It aims to bridge communication gaps and support shared understanding between practitioners, interpreters, and clients. It can be used as a reference before, during, or after sessions, and will support more confident and effective communication for everyone involved.
The glossaries are available in English and Arabic, Assyrian, Burmese, Dari, Dinka, Farsi, Hakha Chin, S’gaw Karen, Khmer, Pashto, Rohingya, Swahili, Tamil, Tigrinya, Urdu and Vietnamese.”
